PREPARE BLEND:
Boil 2-3 cups of water. Once boiling turn off and add 2-3 tbsp of the blend and cover to keep the essential oils in. When ready transfer to the bowl you will use during your yoni steam
HOW OFTEN TO USE
Twice a month at least. Steam the week before your period and the week after. Since this helps with your flow and PMS symptoms, doing it this often will alleviate any symptoms.
If you are steaming for postpartum benefits: Steam at least 5 days straight and then every other week until you feel normal. Once you feel good, continue to do it twice a week.

How to Yoni steam:
IF YOU HAVE A YONI STEAM SEAT: Place a bowl with herbs under the seat. Make sure to not let any steam escape. Steam for 15-30 mins.
DON’T HAVE A YONI STEAM SEAT: (see photo below)
Place the bowl on the floor and wrap a towel around your waist to trap the steam. Wrap another towel around the pot to protect your legs from the heat, and kneel with your knees on either side of the pot for about 15- 30 minutes. The downside is that kneeling for that long isn’t the most comfortable, which is why eventually you’ll want to get a steam stool eventually.
